A Fun Birthday Afternoon!

I just want to warn you- this will be a very pink post!
On Em and El's B-day we went to the Am. Girl store to celebrate their big days!

We had never done this before so I was looking forward to it as much as they were!

It was a bit of a sensory overload for all of us!

While we were in the store we saw Blue and had to run over and say hello!

Matt and Caitlin joined us! Sam was happy to see another BOY!!
Auntie Barbie and Big Sis Kate came too!

All the kids brought someone special! Either their doll or an stuffed animal!

Here's the birthday crew!

And the Birthday girls!

Everyone sang Happy Birthday to them!
And enjoyed cake and ice cream!

We were so glad everyone could join us to celebrate such special birthdays!

Katie was going to bring her dolls BUT she forgot them ;-(
They have sat in a storage box for many years. She has not been good at sharing them with her younger sibs! However if you could see the hair on their dolls you'd probably recommend she NOT share them!

It was an wonderful afternoon!

So tell me... is there enough pink in this post?
Poor Sam... We need to get Luke home quickly!

So cute...and yes, a LOT of pink! Luke and Sam have some major work to do to balance things out there. :)

Oh Jean - how FUN !!! I've looked at the pictures over and over again. I just can't get enough of your children's happy and smiling faces - their eyes smile as well. It melts my heart. I'm so happy Emma and Ellie had such a special birthday - and that everyone got to join in the fun. I just love your family. I'm sending big birthday wishes to the two Birthday Girls. xoxoxo

Looks like lots of fun and a whole lot of PINK. LOL!!

Looks like they had a great time and I am so happy for them. Looks like both of them are really enjoying be apart of a REAL family that REALLY LOVE them. You guys are doing a great job with them.

I do have a question. When will Little Miss Anna be able to have an American Doll of you very own. She looks kinda sad with all the other girls holding their AG Dolls and she had a stuffed animal. Honestly I would not have thought anything about it until I noticed that Ava had one already and that is when I felt bad for Anna. Not that I doubt for one minute that she does not have more toys than a child needs to play with. LOL!!
