VBS 2015

Vacation Bible School is what they LOVE the most about the summer!
Sarah was a teachers for Luke's class(along with 3 others)!
I think Mia will be a teacher next year!

The children come home so joyful and full of stories!
They share the Bible stories and of all the activities they did while they were there!

It only goes up to 5th grade so
Emma and Ellie were unable to attend.
Mia was with the 5th grade class (again).
She told us she would like to be in 5th grade "again" next year!
Sorry honey-
I think you have been in 5th grade for
three years already!

The theme this year was
"be the light"
and their shirts glow in the dark!
It can't get much better than this!

Once again this week has gone by too fast...

So very thankful for our church and for our VBS program!

We always had our VBS in July so the kids summers were broken up. When I was a little girl it was something I always looked forward to. My kids went every year they could and when they aged out they became sports leaders, face painters, and helpers. That lasted through high school.

VBS makes learning about your faith fun. Sometimes we adults just might need some adult VBS to jerk us back into living our faith.

Loved seeing those 11 smiling faces at VBS!! My kids love it, too- we wish they could do it twice per summer :)

Like your pictures and the way you write with such clarity - you are an inspiration and it is so good to see you sharing your story! Keep up the great work, we appreciate it!
