Tattletale Village!

That's where I live!! Oh my, everyone is telling on everyone else here at our house!

It does come in handy when I leave the room for a minute- I always get a play by play from the two english speaking girls and then a whole lotta pointing from the two the speak Chinese. There's not a lot of fessing up just a lot of blaming. Everyone is pretty sure of their innocence!

We even have one givin it to the other one in Chinese. I think we may have to start our own comedy show! Sarah is able to fill me in a little when that happens. I think the younger is used to setting the older one straight now and then- I am mean straight in her eyes- she is used to getting her way! I'm kind big on the whole fairness thing so life is changing for that child - someone cannot gain at another expense.

Today it was over a pair of underwear ;-)
How nice for them to have that be their biggest issue for today! It is not who is going to love them, who will provide for them, where will their food come from- oh no- it's about who picked the red underwear first!

Just wondering if anyone else out their is living near me... in tattletale village?!

Oh, yes, I am right there with you. When Drew first came home he would tattle by pointing and literally acting out what had just happened. We were able to figure out exactly what happened my his charades.

Things have gotten better in that department, but there is still tattling.

LOL! YES, we have tattletaling going on here, too. It's very one sided here. Buster doesn't tattle, but his twin, OH MY! It has come to the point I don't give her one cent of time when she's tattling. I refuse to hear it. We tell her she can't talk negative about her brother, period. It's starting to work... slowly.

LOL. Oh yes, I am there too. My 8, 6, and 5 year olds are always "keeping up with each other's business." Mercy. You have to laugh or you would go crazy with it. :)

Oh Jean, I do believe we are next door neighbors!

Well...with mostly teens in our house...and apparently they are all on the same team and Lucy is on an entirely different team...this isn't a huge issue for us right now, thankfully!

Lucy tattles but we all know she's the guilty one 99.9% of the time, which make it easy to solve those crazy who-done-it mysteries. LOL

And off the subject, it's 4:11 PM and Lucy still has bed-head. What exactly does that say about me as a mother?

Not a lot of that going on over here. With an 18 year old and a 5 year old, it's pretty obvious who does what. LOL.

I do love the picture of Jim with all 4 girls. 4 Girls! How wonderful.

We live in tattletale village too and had issues about underwear, but now they all wear different kinds, so we don't have that issue now. It is amazing how fast the tattling tale goes

Cracking up over here. Yeah, tattletale village except around here with 4 boys a scuffle ususaly ensues too.

Oh and boys could care less about the underwear, but they find plenty to argue over nonetheless. :)
